Dark Circles !
Everyone has dark circles. It says 9 out of 10 people has
dark circles. But I believe 10 out of 10 has dark circles.
Reasons:
1. Lack of sleep … So sleep more if you can .
2. Allergies / Asthma / Eczema that causes the eyes to itch which can
also create dark circles. Due to rubbing or scratching the skin around the eyes.
3. Bad diet and lack of nutrients.
Lack of nutrients contributes to discoloration of the skin producing dark
circles.
4. Hereditary (Genetics) can cause them too.
5. Sun damage can excess skin pigmentation due to
sunburn so always wear sunscreen.
6. Age (lets face this) The older you get
your skin loses collagen, becomes thinner and more translucent, thus showing the
veins under the eyes so it creates dark circles.
So there are so many reasons that a person can get dark circles .. so!!!
How we can reduce
them:
No.1 Sleep .
No.2 Treat your
allergies.
No.3 Eat well and Eat
healthy.
No.4 Drink lots of
water.
If you don’t have
time for it just do it artificially
Concealer helps to hide your dark circles really well.
So
try finding a concealer that is lighter than your skin tone and apply that right after your
foundation to hide your dark circles.
